About online ordering
All orders are processed as soon as the order is received by e-mail by one of our store managers. After the order has been received, you will be sent a confirmation by e-mail. Delivery takes place within two working days after the order has been received. The products must be prepaid in the online store or in the salon.

Postage & shipping, domestic
Postage and handling fees vary and are calculated at checkout.

Delivery outside Norway
If you need deliveries outside Norway, send your order by e-mail
to [email protected]. Shipping will be added to the price and depends on the weight of the shipment and delivery method.

Right of withdrawal
The Right of Withdrawal Act of LOV-2023-06-16-38 from 01.10.2023, LOV-2023-06-16-39.
The consumer may withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days after the service provider has fulfilled its duty of disclosure in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, and the goods and withdrawal form have been received. In any case, the deadline expires no later than 3 months after the goods have been received, or after 1 year if information about the right of withdrawal has not been provided. The consumer must notify the service provider if the right of withdrawal is exercised. The deadline is deemed to have been met if the notification is sent within the deadline. There are no formal requirements for the notification, but for evidentiary reasons it should be in writing and enclosed with the return of the book. If the conditions for the right of withdrawal are met, the service provider is obliged to refund all actual costs charged to the consumer. However, return costs must be borne by the consumer, unless the service provider has breached the agreement, or the service provider has delivered a replacement item in accordance with the agreement, because the ordered item was not available.

Errors in the online store
If you receive an order that is no longer in stock or cannot yet be delivered, you will be contacted by one of our employees and given the opportunity to change your order or cancel it. We will check all orders for errors before we deliver.


Errors in delivery
If there is an error or defect in the delivery, we will cover the return costs. Mark the return clearly with your name and customer number/order number (you can, for example, attach a packing slip or invoice).
