Treatment
I offer a range of cosmetic and medical treatments, and always emphasize a thorough consultation beforehand, so that you as a patient can feel safe, express your wishes and needs and be able to give your informed consent to the treatments to be performed. The best results are often achieved through a combination of different treatments combined with a good home program with individually adapted skin care products.

Consultation
I place great emphasis on ensuring that you as a customer feel safe and well cared for with me, and I prioritize a thorough, free, non-binding consultation/guidance. You will feel that you get answers to what you are wondering about regarding your needs and wishes, understand what results can be expected, what complications may arise, prices, and the treatment process. Filler treatments
I use several different filler brands from authorized suppliers, and I choose the filler based on its properties, the areas to be treated, the desired results, and the customer's skin quality. Fillers can be used to replace lost volume and contour, modify, and enhance. A natural and beautiful result requires knowledge of product properties, anatomy, and techniques, and I continuously take courses to be able to offer you optimal results.
Microneedling
Microneedling is a treatment that involves penetrating the skin with micro-fine sterile needles for skin improvement, reduction of scars, stretch marks, acne, pigmentation, pores, lines/wrinkles, rosacea, milia, and bumps. I use the Dermapen 4, recognized as the best needling equipment on the market, featuring the most advanced technology and needle depths reserved for doctors and nurses.
Wrinkle treatment
Wrinkles and lines form when we use our facial muscles over time. These can be lines/wrinkles between the eyes, on the forehead, at the corner of the eye, as well as downward lines from the corners of the mouth. It is possible to treat/reduce such wrinkles/lines.
Chemical peel/TCA
Environ's Cool Peel system is unique in the sense that a combination of low pH and low acidity enables safe yet highly effective medical peels that can be adapted to all skin types and colors, including sensitive skin, and are cool and painless. For light peels, there is no downtime, the skin gets more glow and has an anti-inflammatory effect on rosacea/acne skin. For deeper peels, the skin will flake a few days afterwards.
PRX-T33
PRX-T33 is a needle-free treatment using TCA (trichloroacetic acid), hydrogen peroxide and kojic acid in a unique composition that does not cause frosting and flaking, as TCA usually does. This enables year-round treatment. Adaptable to almost all skin types, it stimulates cell renewal and the skin's own growth factors, which in turn provides immediate and long-term skin improvement. Counteracts lines, wrinkles, pigmentation, dry skin, scars, loss of elasticity.
Meline peel
This is a treatment that, together with the Meline product range, has been specifically developed for, and is considered the ultimate in, treating and improving pigmentation in the form of melasma and uneven skin tone. Meline home products are complemented by 2-3 Meline peels in the clinic, and should optimally be performed in the autumn/winter months, as the skin due to the active ingredients in this program
Jalupro Super Hydro
A revolutionary skin booster containing highly concentrated hyaluronic acid (80 mg/2.5 ml) and a skin rejuvenating cocktail of 7 amino acids and 3 peptides, which activate and stimulate the production of collagen and elastin as mesotherapy. Jalupro contains no synthetic bonds. Moisturizes and tightens, and can be used on the face, neck, decollete and hands. Performed in 2 rounds 4 weeks apart, and can be repeated after 6 months as maintenance.
Mesotherapy
Supply of essential nutrients and moisture via needles that are either injected in many small pricks or stamped into the skin using specially made devices. The treatment can be tailored with various ingredients adapted to your skin, so that it appears moisturized, fresh, and vital, with improved quality and glow. Mesotherapy is also known by terms such as skin booster and beauty booster. I offer various skin boosters that can be tailored to your skin, desires, and needs.
Profhilo
Profhilo is an injection treatment with highly concentrated hyaluronic acid, which can be injected into the face and/or neck, and remains in the skin for 28 days. During this time, a so-called bioremodeling takes place, which is a stimulation of 4 different types of collagen and elastin fibers. This process results in a significant tissue improvement. The result is more moisture, radiance, and elasticity. A protocol of 2 treatments with a 28-day interval is recommended, followed by maintenance after 6-9 months.
Sunekos performa
Sunekos Performa is a further development of Sunekos, where small boluses of hyaluronic acid and a combination of selected amino acids are injected superficially into the skin. This will stimulate fibroblast cells to produce more collagen and elastin. Suitable for the eye area, forehead, upper lip, neck and decollete. It is recommended to do a course of 2-3 treatments, about 2 weeks apart, and then a maintenance treatment every 6 months. Final results are seen about 1 month after the last treatment in the regimen. It is normal to get a little red in the treatment area, with small bubbles. This usually calms down after a few hours.
Profhilo structura
Profhilo Structura is an injection treatment using a hyaluronic acid-based biostimulator, similar to the classic Profhilo. What distinguishes Structura from the classic version is that Structura is intended for use in the face only, acting on the fatty tissue with a greater focus on structure, firmness, and support. 2 treatments with a 28-day interval are recommended, followed by maintenance as needed.
About me
Bryne Medical Skin Care is owned and operated by yours truly, Monica Håland. I am a trained teacher and nurse, and in 2015 I took further education in cosmetic-dermatological nursing at the University College of Southeast Norway/Senzieakademiet.
Through this study, I have acquired basic knowledge of the skin, its structure, the characteristics of various skin types, skin conditions and problem states, and how to treat them. In addition, I am certified in injection treatments by the renowned Dr. Kieren Bong in his patented injection techniques and methods.
I am very dedicated to offering the safest, most efficient techniques for the best possible and natural results, and I continuously attend courses at home and abroad. As a result, I offer ultrasound-assisted filler treatments in areas with a higher risk of complications.
