If you want to achieve healthier and more resilient skin, or are struggling with various skin problems, microneedling, originally known as CIT- CollagenInducing Therapy, could be the treatment for you.
We now have the very latest needling equipment, recognized as the toughest and most effective on the market, namely Dermapen4, (with depths and settings that are reserved for doctors and nurses) with the relaunch of more effective serums that are tailored to skin conditions and challenges.
If you want a treatment that stimulates more collagen and elastin and thus leads to better skin quality in the form of more resilience, elasticity, more even skin tone, smaller pores, smoother wrinkles and lines and can improve scars and stretch marks, treatment with Dermapen4 may be for you. Take the opportunity to try this effective treatment at a reduced price at Bryne Medical Skincare when booking in Sept/Oct.
What is Dermapen treatment?
Dermapen/Dp4 is the most advanced form of microneedling on the market, offering the safest, fastest and most optimal results. It is a pen with a needle container that can be set to different depths and speeds, depending on what you want to treat, and which penetrates the skin vertically when the pen is passed over the skin/treatment area, creating millions of microchannels, up to 104% faster than other needling equipment. Through these channels, up to 80 % more active ingredients can be delivered deep into the skin. The skin responds to this controlled damage by starting a natural regeneration process, with INCREASED COLLAGEN AND ELASTIN PRODUCTION, CELL RENEWAL AND IMPROVED SKIN STRUCTURE. The result is overall skin renewal, and the entire face, neck, decollete and body can be treated.
Will it hurt?
Many types of needling equipment require numbing cream. This was also my experience with Dermapen3, but with Dermapen4, which offers the latest technology, the treatment is virtually painless and the need for numbing cream is rarely present.
What should be done before a Dermapen4 treatment?
For optimal results, it is recommended that you use products at least 3 weeks in advance that prepare the skin so that it tolerates the treatment better, recovers faster afterwards, and gets better results from the treatment.
How many treatments are recommended?
It depends on the starting point and the goal of the treatment. Usually 3-6 treatments are required at 6-8 week intervals. A treatment plan can be set up at the first consultation.
How quickly will I see results from the treatments?
Already after one treatment, the skin will look fresher. Lasting and more visible results will appear after 3-6 treatments, and will further improve over the next 6-12 months, especially with the recommended home program with active skin products.
Is there downtime after the treatments?
Normally there is little redness after each treatment as Dermapen4 has a very gentle action profile, but this can vary and some may experience some redness for 12-48 hours afterwards.
Dermapen4 can be performed with serum or in combination with a chemical peel. What will suit you best can be decided at a consultation.
