I offer free consultation and guidance. I perform injection treatments with fillers, biostimulators and wrinkle treatment, chemical peels with customized acids, microneedling, and carry skin care products with highly active ingredients.
The skin is our largest organ. It protects us from harmful external influences, while keeping the body's internal environment stable. With such important tasks, it deserves to be taken care of!
Kremserien Environ
Developed by renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Des Fernandes, the range is manufactured in South Africa and exported to over 65 countries. Still relatively new in Norway, Environ was the first skincare brand to recognize the importance of vitamin A for healthy skin, launching and using high doses of vitamins A, C, E and antioxidants in its products.

Filler treatments
I use the Teosyal brand from Teoxane, a Swiss-made hyaluronic acid of very high quality. Fillers can be used to replace lost volume and contour, modify and beautify. A natural and beautiful result requires knowledge of product properties, anatomy and techniques, and I continuously train myself to be able to offer you optimal results.
Microneedling
Microneedling is a treatment that involves penetrating the skin with micro-thin sterile needles for skin improvement, improvement of scars, stretch marks, acne, pigmentation, pores, lines/wrinkles, rosacea, telangiectasias/visible blood vessels, milia and nodules. I use Dermapen 4, recognized as the best needling equipment on the market, with the most advanced technology, and needle depths reserved for doctors and nurses.
Wrinkle treatment
Wrinkles and lines form when we use our facial muscles over time. These can be lines/wrinkles between the eyes, on the forehead, at the corner of the eye, as well as downward lines from the corners of the mouth. It is possible to treat/reduce such wrinkles/lines.
Chemical peel/TCA
Environ's Cool Peel system is unique in the sense that a combination of low pH and low acidity enables safe yet highly effective medical peels that can be adapted to all skin types and colors, including sensitive skin, and are cool and painless. For light peels, there is no downtime, the skin gets more glow and has an anti-inflammatory effect on rosacea/acne skin. For deeper peels, the skin will flake a few days afterwards.
PRX-T33
PRX-T33 is a needle-free treatment using TCA (trichloroacetic acid), hydrogen peroxide and kojic acid in a unique composition that does not cause frosting and flaking, as TCA usually does. This enables year-round treatment. Adaptable to almost all skin types, it stimulates cell renewal and the skin's own growth factors, which in turn provides immediate and long-term skin improvement. Counteracts lines, wrinkles, pigmentation, dry skin, scars, loss of elasticity.
Meline peel
This is a treatment that, together with the Meline product range, has been specifically developed for, and is considered the ultimate in, treating and improving pigmentation in the form of melasma and uneven skin tone. Meline home products are complemented by 2-3 Meline peels in the clinic, and should optimally be performed in the autumn/winter months, as the skin due to the active ingredients in this program
Mesotherapy

Profhilo
Profhilo is an injection treatment that tightens/prevents sagging skin. Highly concentrated hyaluronic acid is injected into the face and/or neck and left in the skin for 28 days, during which time so-called biomodeling takes place, stimulating four different types of collagen and elastin fibers. This process results in significant tissue improvement. The result is tighter and rejuvenated skin.

Jalupro Super Hydro
A revolutionary skin booster containing highly concentrated hyaluronic acid (80 mg/2.5 ml) and a skin rejuvenating cocktail of 7 amino acids and 3 peptides, which activate and stimulate the production of collagen and elastin as mesotherapy. Jalupro contains no synthetic bonds. Moisturizes and tightens, and can be used on the face, neck, decollete and hands. Performed in 2 rounds 4 weeks apart, and can be repeated after 6 months as maintenance.
Charisma
Karisma is a soft filler that contains pure hyaluronic acid combined with alpha 1 collagen to strengthen existing collagen and prevent collagen degradation, in addition to stimulating collagen production. The result is increased resilience, elasticity, reduction of lines and bumps, scars and stretch marks. It's also a moisturizing and plumping treatment to improve skin quality. What sets Karisma apart from other similar products is that it is 100% biocompatible, the collagen used is extracted from silkworm threads.
About me
Bryne Medical Skin Care is owned and operated by yours truly, Monica Håland. I am a trained teacher and nurse, and in 2015 I took further education in cosmetic-dermatological nursing at the University College of Southeast Norway/Senzieakademiet.
Through this study, I have acquired basic knowledge about the skin, its structure, what characterizes different skin types, skin disorders and problem conditions, and how to treat them. In addition, I am certified in injection treatments by the renowned Dr. Kieren Bong in his patented injection techniques and methods. I am very keen to be able to offer the safest, most effective techniques for the best possible results, and continuously attend courses at home and abroad.
